Equipment Needed
1. Pair of rattan Escrima sticks 2. Practice Dagger 3. Sarong 4. Bag gloves and shin guards 5. Wear comfortable clothing such as Tshirt, sweats or shorts.
Sticks, daggers, bag gloves and sarongs are available to purchase at Magda Institute.
